Jayamu jayamu ika janulaala is an Annamacharya keertana, here Annamacharya is explaining how Lord Narasimha Swami killed the demon king HiraNyakasipa, and after killing where the angered lord has stayed.
The poet is saying that the demons have vanished, and now we can live happily and peacefully. Victory to Lord Vishnu.
Meaning:
[Pallavi: O people! Victory, victory, the fears are gone and we are out alive.
Charanam 1: The great Sri Narasimhamoorthy came from the pillar and killed the demons so that the land without demons would flourish. Iniquity perished and the burden on the earth was lightened. The monks left their places of penance and went to their respective ashrams.
Charanam 2: The majestic Vishnumurti stood on the throne and attacked (killed) Hiranyakashipu. Vishnu, who forgave all the desires of the ever-worshiping Prahlada, was also worshiped by Lord Shiva and Lord Brahma.
Charanam 3: Narasimhaswamy, who hails from Ahobilam, along with Lakshmi Devi by his side wanders in this world, heaven, and Venkatagiri blesses everyone regardless of their differences].
