Hey sharde maa

Hey sharde maa lyrics in English with meaning: A good song for children to sing as a prayer song in schools is this Sharada Devi song.

In this song, the children are praying to the Sharada Devi to give them the education and music they want and also to remove the darkness from their minds and hearts.

This song is also sung during Goddess Saraswati’s decoration during Dussehra Navratri.

Hey sharde maa – Lyrics Meaning:

Pallavi: O Goddess Sharada, please grant us light to come out of ignorance.

CharaNam-1: You are the queen of swaras, music is born from you. Every sound we make and every song we sing is the blessing of you.

O Mother, we are lost alone. You please give shelter and shower us with love.

CharaNam-2: The language of the Vedas, the words of the Puranas, were understood by the sages and learned by the virtuous.

We also need to understand and know. For that, hey Mother, grant us the right to get adequate knowledge.

CharaNam-3: You shine beautifully in white. Sitting on a lotus with a veeNa in your hands and a crown on your head, you shine like a queen.

Mother, wipe away the darkness from our minds and grant us the world of light.

Tip:

While learning songs, many people write on paper or take print. Doing so can cause you to miss the songs you learned over time and forget what you learned in the first place.

Maintain a book and write in it, or embed it on your computer like an e-book.

Make sure you learn a song in a week or two weeks depending on your ability, such that within a year, you are going to have a small collection of songs ready to go.

And I need not tell you what to do if you want some more like this right?? I hope you will follow the above steps and prepare your collection of songs; I will be delighted if you can share your songs with me too.

Hope you liked this song, if you have any doubts, please leave your message in the comments section below. See you in the next song…
